Both of you colonials seem to be completely ignoring/missing the most widespread, frequent usage of the term "hung".

Further, for the sake of discussion, I would submit that there are more mutually unintelligible English dialects in little old England than in the entire United States and its territories.

If I yam right, and I think I yam, then there is plenty of work to be done unifying the authentic speech there in England, and "youse" should begin the-ar, y'all.
