I am hearing lots of US Congressional data/opinion about energy on CSPAN that I agree with.

Some Democrat doesn't seem to get it, though, that restriction on supply tends to raise prices. How about you? Do you worry about there being too many soft-science therapists/atheist preachers in your territory at the same time?

That idiot at Congress clearly was inverting cause and effect in their argument. It is questionable to say without logical foundation that attacking the producers of petroleum products will lower prices. That, of course, catching an elected representative make an ass out of themselves, at least to the superior portion of the Darwin Award curve does reinforce *my* own ego. (It also reinforces my ego when I add a few pounds to tire pressures.)
