Except for the first sentence, you seem to be listing justifications FOR censorship, there. IMO, censorship is a ve-r-r-r-y slippery slope, and Silver just likes to joke more crudely than the average Fraudian anal-repressive. *This* is not bad enough for censorship either, but may be comparable to TT at times.
